1. Safety - Stability testing of chairs
(1) Scope of application: All chair categories.
(2) Test procedure: ① Fix the chair legs on the ground. ② Hold a horizontal force of 2kg in front of the seat for 5S. ③ Pull with a horizontal force of 2kg for 5s behind the seat.
(3) Evaluation: If the product is not overturned, it meets the quality requirements.
2. Safety - Side balance test for non armchairs
(1) Scope of application: Non armchair
(2) Test procedure: ① Fix the side feet on the ground. ② Place a weight of 60kg in the seat. ③ On the fixed side, pull with a horizontal force of 2kg for 5s.
(3) Evaluation: If the product is not overturned, it meets the quality requirements.
3. Safety - Side balance test for armchairs
(1) Scope of application: Armchair.
(2) Test procedure: ① Fix the side feet on the ground. ② Place 25kg and 35kg weights respectively on the seat and the armrest fixed on one side. ③ Pull outward for 5 seconds with a horizontal force of 2 kg on the armrest of the load.
(3) Evaluation: If the product is not overturned, it meets the quality requirements.
4. Safety - Seat Backward Balance Test
(1) Scope of application: All chair categories
(2) Test procedure: ① Place the back foot on the ground. ② Place a weight of 60kg in the seat. ③ Use horizontal force F to pull outward on the seat back for 5 seconds (note: horizontal force)
